American Business Corporation (formerly Logistics Management Resources) has changed lanes and is steering in another direction. Logistics Management Resources formerly provided freight transportation services through subsidiary U.S. Trucking. But U.S. Trucking ceased operations in 2000 and liquidated its assets in a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Logistics Management Resources, which did not file for bankruptcy protection, disposed of its remaining transportation interests in 2002. In 2004 the company reorganized as an investment firm and changed its name to American Business Corporation. American Business Corporation filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 2006 and is looking to be acquired by a privately held company.
