3i Infrastructure has its eyes on the tools of a productive society. The firm invests in transportation, utility, and community ventures across the private and public sectors. It typically invests between €50 million and €200 million in companies located in Asia, Europe, and North America. 3i Infrastructure's portfolio includes some 15 investments valued at £964 million. Its investments comprise UK water/wastewater company Anglian Water, petroleum industry storage provider Oystercatcher, and Alpha Schools, which holds a private-finance initiative (PFI) contract to build and manage schools in Scotland. Among others, 3i Infrastructure invested in Cross London Trains in 2013.
