I know it has been forever since you posted this, but I'll go ahead anyway: always say positive things about your past bosses. ALWAYS. It reflects bad on you if you focus on the negatives in other coworkers and manager. Instead, try to focus on how those challenges influenced you for the better in reaching your long-term goals.
