never call off always cover shifts when asked team player . good attitude help everybody always . i work at a training store in california only problem is idont speak spanish only white person in kitchen i try being a model employee. i have only been treated poorly by all kitchen staff i try to just brush it off but i'm tired been told i would get more hours no more hours no training at all i never seen more descrimination in work place what should i di who do i talk to.
