i have applied to a position at noble energy website and after that i received an "application document". it was a series of questions that i had to answer and then send it back to the recruiter. it looked like an interview on paper. two days later, they sent me a very confusing job offer, with contradictory information all over the document. i will have to move to another country in case of acceptance of the job offer, but i'm worried, because the process was weird. i didn't get to talk with anyone! i didn't make any interview! is it normal for noble energy?
